Coats: 2 coats (see notes below)
Base Coat: OPI Original Nail Envy & Polished for Days Soft Focus Base Coat (Snow)
Top Coat: KBShimmer Clearly on Top
Notes: I did two coats of Fire Rainbow over one coat of Polished for Days Soft Focus Base Coat in Snow. I would probably use a different base coat next time (baby blue or aqua) in order to get a more saturated look.
